    Group of 4 apartments, 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor (attic).

    All of them are equipped with air conditioning, TV and Wi-fi, with kitchen, private bathroom and terrace or balcony. Only the penthouse has a sea view.

    LOCATION:

    The flats are located 200 metres from the small village of Es Caló, in Formentera and 100 metres from the beach called "Ses Platgetes de Es Caló".
    Situated 50 metres from the main road, they are surrounded by pine forests.

    Access is via the main road that crosses the island from the Port of La Savina to the La Mola lighthouse. At kilometre 11.7, on the right-hand side of the road, there is a turn-off with a signpost. The flats are 50 metres away.

    TYPOLOGY OF THE APARTAMENTS:

         These are the different types of apartment they offer:

    • 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT (2 ADULTS). Located on the 1st floor. It has a surface area of 23,- m2. Distribution: 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen, private bathroom with shower, living-dining room, and a small terrace facing east.
    • 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT (2 ADULTS). Located on the ground floor. It has a surface of 41,- m2. Completely refurbished 2 years ago. Distribution: 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa, kitchen, toilet, dressing room-shower and exclusive terrace of 20 m2.
    • 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT (4 ADULTS). Located on the 1st floor. It has a surface area of 68,- m2. Layout: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, kitchen, living-dining room, private bathroom with shower, and balcony.
    • 2-ROOM APARTMENT - ATTIC (4 ADULTS). Situated on the 2nd floor. It has an area of 67,- m2. Layout: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, living room-kitchen, private bathroom with shower, loft for dining room, balcony and a large roof terrace. Excellent sea views.

    SURROUNDINGS:

    In the village of Es Caló, located 200 metres away, there are 3 restaurants (Rafalet, Es Caló and Pascual), 2 supermarkets (Rafalet and Pascual), cash dispenser (Caixabank), pharmacy and car hire (Autos Es Caló) among other services.

    DISTANCES:

    • The port of La Savina is 11.7 kilometres away (15/20 minutes by car or motorbike). This is where the fast boats and ferries that connect Formentera with Ibiza arrive and depart.
    • The beaches of Illetas and Levante, located in a nature reserve, are 13 kilometres away.
    • The most touristic area of "Es Pujols" is 8 kilometres away from the flats (about 12 minutes by car or motorbike).
    • The "capital" Sant Francesc Xavier (an area with shops, open-air markets, terraced bars and a square with a church) is 9 kilometres away.
    • The village of Sant Ferran (with its famous Fonda Pepe, next to the church square) is 6 kilometres away.
    • Also 6 kilometres away is El Pilar de La Mola with its "artisan" or "hippie" market. And 1.5 kilometres further on is the La Mola lighthouse.
